Today was Market Day. As in, Jen and I went to the market to stock up on fruits, vegetables, the works. I love it. To add to the always colourful and eventful experience of shopping in the market, the SUN CAME OUT TODAY. We've been craving for it as the last couple of weeks have been rather bleak.
Anyway, so it was a fun morning pottering around the market and picking up all this stuff. I've always loved grocery shopping for some reason. But the coolest bit is that this time, I am doing the shopping (with Jen of course). We're doing the figuring out. What do we need? What should we cook? How much do we need? The autonomy is delicious.
Just as delicious as the freshness of the market.
